I called while I was at work looking for a same day rental, and Chris got everything set up for me right away. The customer service was amazing from start to finish. They were extremely responsive and answered all of my questions quickly, which made the whole process feel easy and stress free. I was able to get the invoice paid and rental agreement signed before I even got off work. The pickup process was simple, and the car was absolutely beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. Bo Adu-Oppong414 days agoBooked a car last minute for our 2nd day wedding for the getaway car. Appreciated the booking process wasn’t long at all and finished within 30 minutes of calling them. It was a last minute addition that really wowed our guests and they enjoyed taking pictures around the car. We even had the opportunity to ride around in the car after the wedding. Then they picked up the car from the hotel so that way we could sleep in which was very sweet of them. Can’t wait to rent from them again due to the great customer service (me telling them I couldn’t get certain information to them cause I was having a wedding the day before and they were very accommodating and still dropped off the car on time). Really appreciated them working with us along the way. 10/10 customer support.+0Posted on Google

T K441 days agoThe rental car business is complex — filled with moving parts, unpredictable risks, and high expectations. My journey with IExotic and Vadim had its share of challenges, but I’m grateful we were able to have a genuine, respectful conversation to clear the air. Vadim took accountability, including helping cover part of the deductible for a damaged windshield. More importantly, he apologized and showed a willingness to grow from the experience. That level of ownership matters. IExotic has the potential to not only serve the public but also its investors with more integrity going forward. These kinds of resolutions are what strengthen relationships and reputations in this business. Vadim doesn't just have a potential business partner — he has a big brother in me. I’m rooting for his growth, and I believe what we are today can be better tomorrow if we continue to lead with accountability, humility, and respect. I hereby retract my previous grievances and look forward to seeing him thrive.Posted on Google
